  27. What everyone is ignoring here, even though it's been said several times,
  28. is that the design specs of the 16550 UART and the clock circuits that 
  29. it uses are limited to 115.2K - it won't go faster.  See now?

  31. If you want faster you need an add-in card like the HAYES ESP card that
  32. is designed to use 230K (and doesn't use a 16550).
